Community and History:
Located at the west end of Clear Lake, with easy access to Galveston Bay and the Gulf, the Wharf Marina is a private residential marina, primarily for deeded slip owners within the Wharf community.
The marina was originally staged as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) since 1978, with an annexation in 2009 expanding into Phase V. It is currently managed by the Wharf Slip-owners Maintenance Association a.k.a "WSMA" or sometimes "WSMA-Clear Lake".
The Wharf marina at Clear Lake is physically located adjacent to "South Point Condominiums" that includes about 119 existing townhomes/condos (Please note that the Wharf Marina does not share any amenities with the condominiums.)
Facilities:
The Wharf marina offers approximately 57 live aboard slips and 148 non-live-aboard slips, all slips are individually owned.

Metered electric (Currently @ $0.16/Unit)
Webcam security system
Free parking for slip-owners
Rentable space for trailers
Free Holding tank pumpout station for slip owners only.
